Gone2Day moves apartments and condos across the GTA with two movers and a truck, working around elevator bookings, loading docks and building move-in rules. A typical studio or 1-bedroom condo takes 2–4 hours. It costs $110 per hour with a 2-hour minimum (2 movers + truck included. 3 movers $130/hr, 4+ movers $150/hr), plus applicable taxes.

What affects your price
Job length
Billed hourly after the minimum. Being fully packed before we arrive is the biggest way to lower the total.
Distance
Over 15 km between pickup and drop-off adds $1/km beyond 15 km, rounded up to the nearest $10. A fuel surcharge of $0.50/km applies when the job starts or ends outside Mississauga, rounded up to the nearest $10.
Item size
Large or awkward pieces take longer to carry. Stairs are included in the price; items over 300 lb are call for a quote.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to book the elevator?
Yes. Most condos require you to reserve the service elevator. Book it for at least the hours in your quote, plus a buffer.
Do stairs cost more?
No. Stairs are included in the price; they only affect carrying time.
How long does a 1-bedroom condo move take?
Usually 3–4 hours with two movers, depending on how much you have and elevator wait times.
Can you use the loading dock?
Yes. Let us know the dock location and any height limits.
What if the elevator is late or out of service?
Waiting time is billed hourly. If the elevator is unavailable we'll carry by stairs if it's safe, or reschedule with you.
Can you move just a few pieces of furniture?
