Do you offer same-day service?
Yes. Call or text early and we prioritize getting to you the same day anywhere in the GTA. Evening slots are available when daylight allows.
Do you do full moves or just labour?
Both. We can supply the truck, crew, blankets and straps for a full local move, or provide labour-only help if you've already booked a truck or container.
How do you price jobs?
Moving help is $110 per hour with a 2-hour minimum, and that includes two movers and the truck. Junk removal is a flat rate based on the load, starting at $100. Upload photos with your booking and we'll email you an exact flat price, then confirm it on site before anything is loaded.
What items can you remove?
Furniture, appliances, electronics and e-waste, renovation debris, yard waste, mattresses, office cleanouts, storage lockers and single bulky items. Hazardous waste and chemicals are excluded.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. We're fully licensed and insured for residential, commercial and construction sites. Certificates are available on request.
How does online booking work?
Submit the booking form and we email you a quote plus our service agreement right away. Click Accept in that email and the job is locked into our calendar with confirmations sent to you and to us. Nothing is scheduled until you accept.
Do you recycle or donate items?
Whenever possible we donate furniture, electronics and building materials, and recycle metals, cardboard and e-waste to reduce landfill impact.
What payment methods do you take?
Cash, debit/credit, e-transfer, and business invoicing for commercial clients.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancel or reschedule at least 12 hours before your window at no charge. Inside 12 hours, or if our crew arrives to a locked or inaccessible site, a $95 trip fee applies.
Which areas do you serve?
Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Brampton, Oakville, Burlington and nearby communities. Ask if you're just outside the GTA — travel fees may apply.
